There have been rumors about HTC’s 3rd Droid Incredible but the information wasn’t sufficient enough for us to believe it. But just today, one of Verizon’s sites (DroidDoes.com) published the page dedicated to HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE however, the company almost immediately pulled it down after realizing there hasn’t been an announcement or official launch for the device. But it was too later as there were already hundreds of bloggers feasting over the information available. The URL of the said page was droiddoes.com/droidincredible4g but when you try to open it now, it will tell you such page does exist or “Error 404 Page Not Found.”
There were no official announcement about the device yet and HTC is actually trying to make it as quiet as possible but Verizon had already leaked some information about the device. One good marketing strategy which has already been tested to make a device popular is to keep the information from the people and only reveal it a few days before the launch or release date. That’s even the reason why we don’t have sufficient information about Samsung Galaxy S3. But anyway, here are some of the specs we’ve already known.

It seems that HTC will be releasing another mid-range smartphone with a dual-core central processing unit (CPU) clocked at 1.2 GHz frequency. The CPU is complemented by 1 GB random access memory (RAM), more than enough to ensure a better performance and a smoother experience. It has 8 GB of built-in storage and sports a microSD slot supporting up to 32 GB of removable storage. If you’re keen with HTC devices, only a handful do not support microSD slots. So, you can assure that even if the built-in memory is too little, you always have an option to buy a 32 GB microSD slot to upgrade your storage capacity.
Its 4-inch Super LCD display with qHD resolution will provide great satisfaction when you watch videos, view photos or open any type of multimedia files from it. It is reassuring to know that HTC does not give this device a cheaper quality. Instead, the company makes sure that even if it is priced at a budget-friendly range, owners will be satisfied by its design and performance. If you are one of the hopefuls to get this device, at least you know that you are getting the one that is worth every penny that comes out of your pocket. And to add relish to the already satisfying specs, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich will be served hot upon release of this device. As of the price, Droid Does says it would be offered for $299 with contract but no further details were revealed as to how much Verizon would be charging its customers monthly over this device.
Since the page has already gone online today, although it was pulled down immediately, there is a reason for us to believe that Verizon would soon reveal the information we need about this device. Maybe in a matter of 1 to 2 weeks, we can already expect what we can get from HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE aside from the fact that we will be having the fastest internet connection to date.
